The History of Chez Guillaume
Guillaume Lonhoudjo opened Chez Guillaume in 2010, an expansion of his first restaurant in Natitingou, founded in 2007.
Guillaume was classically trained in both French and Moroccan cuisine in Cotonou. He is an expert pastry chef, creating cakes, pasty and ice cream for his customers.
Over the past six years Chez Guillaume has become one of the best restaurants in Natitingou, a favorite among locals, ex-pats and tourists alike for its high quality international cuisine and locally brewed beer "La Natayaise"
